Biography

Dr. Ir. Joan Santoso, S.Kom., M.Kom. received the bachelor’s degree in computer science and the master’s degree in information technology from the Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Surabaya (STTS), Surabaya, Indonesia, in 2011 and 2013, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya, Surabaya, in 2020.,Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer with the Department of Informatics and the Department of Information Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology, Institut Sains dan Teknologi Terpadu Surabaya (ISTTS), Surabaya. His research interests include natural language processing, knowledge engineering, machine learning, deep learning, and big data processing. He is also a part of the IEEE Organization member.
